Das "Algorithmic Awareness Toolkit" ist eine komplettes Lehrmaterial zum Thema Algorithmic Awareness für die Hochschullehre (bzw. Erwachsenenbildung). Es beinhaltet entwickelte Stundenentwürfe zu den Themen: Black Box des Algorithmus, Personalisierte Werbung, Algorithmen und Fairness, Generative KI und Privatsphäre. Alle Stundenentwürfe beinhalten neben inhaltlichem Input auch interaktive Elemente und Diskussionsfragen. Das Toolkit kann komplett eingesetzt werden, oder es können auch nur einzelne Übungen und Inhalte genutzt und der eigenen Lerngruppe angepasst werden.
The Algorithmic Awareness Toolkit is a comprehensive teaching resource on the topic of algorithmic awareness for university teaching (or adult education). It includes lesson plans on the following topics: the black box of algorithms, targeted advertising, algorithms and fairness, generative AI, and privacy. In addition to content input, all lesson plans include interactive elements and discussion questions. The toolkit can be used in its entirety, or individual exercises and content can be used and adapted to your own learning group.
